How to translate a content?
Step 1. All page or post content can be easily translated via WPML by using pencil icon (1) in Language side panel on Edit Page/Post.
Step 2. Now in WPML edit screen, you can see and change content (2) for all listed elements. After it’s done, tick “Translation is complete” mark and save.

What if some elements are missing on translation edit screen?
Please try to add temporarily new WPBakery element on Edit Page. Now save page and go once again into translations edit (1) .
