  • update  Wordpress, WPBakery Page Builder and Massive Addons  to the latest version possible
  • disable all plugins except  WPBakery Page Builder  and  Massive Addons  then check your problem again
  • enable the latest  Bober  theme to reduce theme related issues

  • include  Wordpress Dashboard  details  for administrator account to speed up the process
