To setup Sliding Background create new row or edit existing one. Inside the Row popup go to Background Tab (1) . Enable one of the Overlays (2) , then for the Background type choose Image (3) . You will see that there are some additional options available when you change the Background Type . At the bottom there is a Enable Scrolling checkbox (4) . Once checked you will se a Scrolling Speed slider (5) – here set how fast the image will scroll / slide.
