To setup Open tab from link for a Tab, simple  create new Tabs  or  edit existing ones . Then  In Tab Settings (2)  you will see a  Tab ID  field. You can change it into your own  unique ID .

Now whenever someone enters page from link, which contains  #open-tab_  and  Tab ID (1) , it will show this Tab opened.
